Branches

There are eight UCT Church branches in New Zealand and five in Australia.



Mt Roskill

Established in 1992. One of the smaller branches of the United Church of Tonga. Currently using Wesley Roskill Methodist Church in Sandringham, Auckland.

Lototonga

Established in 1977. Church building and hall officially opened by his late Majesty Taufa’ahau Tupou IV in August 1979. The church building, named in memory of his late mother, Queen Salote Tupou III. The church property was named ‘Lototonga’, the heart of Tongan people in Aotearoa New Zealand.

Taufa'ahau

Established in 1978 at 60 & 62 Princess Street, Otahuhu. Relocated to Station Rd Otahuhu in 1980 then to Hall Ave, Mangere in 1981. Final relocation to 2 Gray Avenue, Mangere late 1981. Church building and hall officially opened by William Clive Edwards in 2013. Church property named in memory of his late Majesty Taufa’ahau Tupou IV.

Laumalie Ma’oni’oni

Established in 1978 in Titirangi. They relocated to Glen Eden primary school as church members grew in 1980 before settling at Westward Ho road, Kelston. Church and Hall officially opened by his late Majesty Taufa’ahau Tupou IV in 1987. Church property named Laumalie Ma’oni’oni – Holy Spirit
